David Golembiowski

David Golembiowski is a seasoned security professional with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, border protection, and private security. He began his career as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent and later served as a U.S. Customs Inspector, where he played a key role in national security, counter-narcotics operations, and human smuggling interdictions. As a training leader at the U.S. Customs Service, Dave developed the first Customs Defensive Tactics System (CDTS) at JFK Airport, which was later adopted nationwide. He has trained law enforcement personnel in firearms, tactical response, and counterterrorism measures, earning commendations for his service, bravery, and operational excellence. Following his federal tenure, Dave joined the Port Authority Police Department (PAPD), where he was responsible for securing major transportation hubs, including JFK and LaGuardia airports, and critical infrastructure such as bridges and tunnels. His expertise in surveillance, risk assessment, and emergency response made him an integral part of high-profile security operations. Transitioning into private security, Dave quickly advanced through the ranks, demonstrating exceptional leadership and adaptability. He specializes in site security, access control, crisis management, corporate security, and executive protection, ensuring safe and secure environments for businesses and communities. With extensive experience providing executive protection to high-profile dignitaries, Dave has worked closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to safeguard his clients. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, financial management, and business operations, Robert Trager has built a distinguished career guiding companies and individuals toward success. Having held high-level positions such as CEO, CFO, business owner, operations manager, and sales manager, he possesses a deep understanding of what it takes to lead, grow, and manage organizations across multiple industries.

For more than three decades, Robert has honed his expertise in residential and commercial banking, working closely with investors, business owners, and individuals to help them achieve their financial and strategic goals. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and develop tailored solutions has made him a trusted advisor in the banking industry amongst others.

Beyond his technical expertise, Robert is deeply committed to fostering professional, confidential, and collaborative relationships. Allan Leigh

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Leigh received his Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. from St. John’s Uni-
versity in 1992 and 1995 respectively. After graduating, he worked for BDO
Seidman, Rubino & McGeehan and several other Accounting Firms. After a
decade in Public Accounting, Mr. Leigh went to the private sector and was
hired as the Assistant Controller for Drake Business School. He then worked
for David Levin Business Management where he managed John Legend’s
business accounts. Always being an entrepreneur at heart, he opened his own
Accounting Firm, Excellence in Services, CPA, P.C. The company provides:
Accounting, Auditing, Tax Preparation/Planning, and Consulting Services.
As the CFO for American Protective Services, Allan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help the company run fiscally responsible.
